Would you go to church in a boat? What about under penalty of death if you’re caught? I wonder what I would do. What about you? Under what circumstances are we willing to attend any church under penalty of death? It’s happening right now.
Can China and U.S. governments define a new Christianity?
Who gets to define religion? Specifically, who gets to define the new Christianity? China passed a set of religious regulations about six years ago. I started to write about them a couple of times. It was never quite right though. I felt like the U.S., in some way, was going to copy what China did. As it turns out, we’re doing just that.

Have you heard the saying about something not being worth the paper it’s printed on? In other words, it has little to no value. A news story I read made me wonder, “In your mind, is the Bible worth the paper it’s printed on?”

You know what gentrification is, right? It’s where rich people drive poor people out of a neighborhood, essentially because they can afford to. They don’t want anything of what’s there already, except maybe the location. Everything else has to go. Do you think there’ll be gentrification in Heaven?
