And yet, I guess it really isn’t obvious to everyone. Just like the Bible’s not obvious to everyone. So now, here’s God versus religion: faith, love and trust in God. What this site is really about.

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that a near-total abortion ban from 1864 is enforceable. Some will question, it is constitutional? But my question goes to a higher level – are abortion bans the Christian thing to do?

When you read “fear of the Lord” or “fear the Lord”, what do you think of? Being afraid? Scared half to death? Or maybe just a bit nervous? Or something else? What does Fear of the Lord really mean?
Faith requires trust: taking a risk on something we can’t see
We have faith that our team will win. And faith that it will rain. Even that we can pick a winning lottery number. In all those cases, faith requires taking a risk on something you can’t see. Faith requires trust. So why do we have so much trouble with trusting God?
